How to

Currently there is alot of interference from personally owned routers on the 2.4Ghz band. We are encouraging everyone to move to the 5G band where there is no interference. The 5Ghz band also offeres faster speeds than the 2.4Ghz band.

Here are instructions on how to set your wireless card to use the 5Ghz band. This does require that you have a dual band wireless network device on your computer. If you do not have a dual band network card, you can easily purchase a USB Wireless Network adapter from Amazon. Here is a couple of links to one that works very well and are under $20.
